As with all exercise equipment, check with your doctor before use. Product is guaranteed for 1 year from delivery date for defects in workmanship. As we all know exercise equipment is only effective if it is used on a regular basis, for this reason, Abgamer gives no specific weight loss or results guarantee. (only to deliver a quality product) The author and or publisher disclaim any warranties (express or implied), merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose. The author and publisher shall in no event be held liable to any party for any direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental or other consequential damages arising directly or indirectly from any use of this web-site or device. Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with Abgamer for any reason, please E-mail us at rma@abgamer.com or phone us at (877) Abgamer within 60 days of invoice and request an RMA number. Return product in original packing materials and use the return shipping label affixed to your original invoice. Print your RMA number clearly on the label in the space provided. All returns must be received within 14 days of RMA number issue date. If package arrives without an RMA number or with an expired RMA number, we will not accept it.. A full refund including shipping and handling charges will be made if you are dissatisfied within the 60 day free trial period . Just contact us and we will refund the full purchase price including shipping and handling. Thank You.

Shipping Policy

Most orders are processed within 3 business days from receipt of order. We use standard UPS ground shipping to lower 48 States only. Please allow an additional 5 to 7 days after order is processed for transit. We will email you with tracking information when product ships. Our preset s/h rates are as follows: $4.95 for each item shipped. Thank you.
